NGWF President Amirul Haque Amin was born in 1961 at a remote village of rural Bangladesh. He joined student movement at his tender age. When he was studying at the University of Dhaka, he was elected General Secretary of National Student Union and involved in organizing anti-martial law democratic student movement.
